High Acres Farm
Located in Shelburne, Vermont this historic farmhouse is in a class of it's own. Our clients wanted to update the building's features, while keeping the charm and architecture in character with the building's history. We worked closely with our client and architects on all design decisions.

complete renovation, replacement and matching historical crown trim and archways throughout, eight bedrooms and ten bathrooms , new cabinetry throughout, reconfiguration of floor plans to open up spaces, small addition to improve traffic flow, landscape and exterior hardscape, refinished original hardwood floor, new tile, electrical service upgrade and new wiring throughout, mechanical systems upgrade
